It certainly would be interesting to see what kinds of products Ben would produce at a dairy. Would he homogeonize his own milk? Would he specialize in hard cheeses? Would he use mainly goats and cows, or would he also use milk from buffalos, sheep, horses, or camels? Maybe he'd even milk a cat. I doubt he'd be able to fit the whole dairy on his coffin, but maybe some small-curd cottage cheese.Oh, I get it -- you mean diary, right? Funny guy.
