It was popular for a while to think that Ms. Hawking, the elderly jeweler who refused to sell Desmond a wedding ring, was actually an older, wiser, (and Irish-er) Juliete. Just think -- what if the x-rays Juliete saw of what she thought to be a 70-year-old uterus were actually her own future uterus when she was a jewler in the future living in one of Desmon's flashbacks! Wouldn't that be amazing!?No. It would be stupid.
